The Opportunity We’re looking for casual relief chefs to join our team and support 12 kitchens across Queensland’s remote and regional construction and mining workstay properties. You’ll be cooking for 100–200 people per site, delivering high-quality meals in fast-paced environments that keep Australia’s workforce going strong. What You’ll Be Doing Prepare and cook a variety of meals to high standards Cater for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen Deliver excellent service to staff and guests Adapt to different kitchen setups while ensuring consistency Work Options FIFO from Brisbane DIDO from Townsville Flexible rosters designed to give you time at home between swings Travel and accommodation provided We provide essential hospitality services to major companies operating in remote areas, ensuring workers are well-fed and supported in some of the most isolated terrains in Australia. What You’ll Need Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent experience) Food Safety Certificate First Aid Certificate Driver’s Licence Experience in high-volume catering, ideally in remote or site-based kitchens Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards Why Join Us?
