The Role We are currently seeking a Customer Relations Coordinator to join us on a 12‑month contract at our Cannon Hill head office. If you’re an experienced Service Advisor looking for a change, this is your opportunity to step out of the dealership and into a corporate environment where your customer service skills truly shine. Key responsibilities First point of contact for inbound customer enquiries (phone, email, and web) Work directly with customers, the IUA dealer network and internal departments to help resolve enquiries and manage cases from start to finish Provide accurate product and warranty information in line with company policies Support post‑sales enquiries, recalls, campaigns, promotions, surveys and rewards programs About You 2+ years’ experience in customer service, including complaint handling Excellent verbal and written communication skills A solutions‑focused mindset with sound negotiation and problem‑solving abilities The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment Benefits Annual leave loading Free on‑site parking Flexible working arrangements Paid overtime for additional hours worked Ongoing learning and development opportunities Application Hit “Apply” and send us your CV and a brief cover letter telling us why this role is right for you.
