Base pay range A$250,000.00/yr - A$250,000.00/yr Chief Transformation Officer Lead Change | Drive Innovation | Make an Impact The Royal Flying Doctor Service Victoria (RFDS Victoria) is embarking on an exciting period of transformation under the leadership of a new and innovative CEO. To support this journey, RFDS Victoria has partnered with TRANSEARCH International to appoint an experienced Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) who will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation’s future. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a highly respected organisation, driving innovation, digital enablement, and service expansion. The CTO will work closely with a dynamic leadership team, helping to modernise and strengthen RFDS Victoria for the future. Importance of the role Lead an ambitious transformation strategy that enhances patient care and service delivery. Collaborate with a strong, values-led executive team to drive meaningful change. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the organisation’s impact across Victoria. Leverage technology, data, and automation to enhance efficiency and decision-making. Play a key role in positioning RFDS Victoria for long-term success. About the role Reporting to the CEO, the CTO will oversee strategic transformation across the organisation, ensuring RFDS Victoria remains at the forefront of healthcare innovation. Responsibilities Assisting with optimization of existing business streams Leading major transformation projects Developing new business opportunities Leading organisational change Building the organisation’s brand and external presence What we’re looking for The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial and inspiring leader with a strong background in transformation, technology, and business growth.
