Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner / Psychologist PSG are currently recruiting for a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner / Psychologist to join our well-established client Full‑Time | Independent Role Competitive Salary + Bonuses + Flexibility Work‑from‑home admin days A well‑established therapy organization is seeking an experienced, self‑driven practitioner to lead Positive Behaviour Support and Psychological services for NDIS participants. If you value autonomy, enjoy structuring your own week, and want to be recognised for the extra effort you put in, this role offers true clinical independence. Why this role stands out You’ll be working within a service that is designed to support independent clinical practice. Practitioners are trusted to manage their own full‑time caseload, apply the intervention methods they know work best, and determine how they manage therapy time, report writing and travel. A quarterly bonus structure rewards those who choose to exceed baseline billable targets. As the service continues to grow, you’ll have a clear pathway toward senior roles, including positions that contribute to clinical governance and mentoring of emerging practitioners.
