Our campuses offer tailored programmes that integrate wellbeing and education, ensuring young people receive the individualised support they need to thrive. We work closely with families, community organisations, and support services to provide wraparound support that addresses both educational and personal development needs. Our Young People Young people come from diverse backgrounds and often face a significant and complex range of educational, social, developmental, environmental, psychological, health, legal barriers to learning which require unique interventions. Our approach is grounded in the Operation By Principles framework, which combines education with an understanding of trauma‑informed practices. We recognise that each young person’s journey is unique. Our staff are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and empowering learning environment where young people can develop confidence, reconnect with education, and work towards their goals. Our Team BlendED is our fully registered online campus, supporting young people who are unable to attend school in person due to complex health, mental health or social barriers. Many experience ‘school can’t’ and benefit from flexible learning, strong relationships and tailored wellbeing support that helps them re‑engage at their own pace. The Role We are looking for an Instructional Leader‑Wellbeing servicing Geelong to join our team, working at home and our central office with travel between sites and within the community. You will be employed on a full‑time basis as a Youth Worker, with a fixed‑term responsibility allowance, commencing as soon as possible and will be employed under the Catholic Education Multi Enterprise Agreement 2022. Classification for the role is a Category A ESS, Level 3 with a salary range of $82,148 to $93,079 with a fixed‑term responsibility allowance salary is dependent on education and experience. You will need Tertiary Qualification in Youth Work, Social Work, Psychology and Behavioural Science and/or equivalent experience Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and provide a National Police Check certificate (issued within the last six months) Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to successfully communicate with a range of people Demonstrated commitment to contributing to a positive team environment The ability to inspire and engage young people Be willing to support young people and our team members to reach their potential Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People are encouraged to apply, we are an Equal Opportunity Employer and value diversity.
