The Role We are seeking an experienced Community Relations Advisor to support the implementation of Chalice’s stakeholder engagement strategy. Acting as a key on-the-ground representative, you will engage directly with local communities, providing clear and timely information while building trusted relationships. Working closely with the Senior Community Relations and Communications Advisor, you will help develop strong local stakeholder relationships and strategic partnerships. This is a full-time opportunity to join a small, innovative team working on a high-profile greenfield critical minerals project. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with key community stakeholders to support delivery of the Gonneville Project. Coordination of community engagement activities including attendance at all related meetings and activities. Review and maintain relevant management plans, procedures and databases including the Stakeholder Engagement Plan and the Communications Register. Coordinate and oversee the implementation of community sponsorship in consultation with the Senior Community Relations and Communications Advisor and the GM – Environment and Community. Proactively manage issues and anticipate stakeholder needs to best respond to local community concerns. Respond to and expedite complaints and enquiries and feedback from a variety of channels and oversee complaint responses by partners. Assist in the production and distribution of Chalice’s internal and external communications collateral. Dual location - shared time between head office and project site, ~1hr from Perth. Skills and Experience Tertiary qualification, a degree community relations, communication, marketing or related discipline. 5+ years working experience in a similar role in the resources industry (or a similar complex environment). Mining experience strongly preferred. Project planning, reporting and evaluation of outcomes experience. Experience in the development and delivery of internal or external communication or community relations plans. Exceptional written and verbal skills.
