Role and responsibilities As the ECT in the Kindergarten room, you will:Lead a team of educators and guide meaningful learning experiences Design and evaluate programs tailored to each child\'s unique interests and strengths Build relationships with families, schools, and the local community Help the centre maintain or exceed the National Quality Standard Our approach is informed by contemporary research and includes frameworks like Circle of Security, Project-Based Learning, and the Abecedarian Approach, giving you access to some of the most advanced early childhood pedagogies.
