About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Purchasing Officer to join our Head Office team at Sydney International Airport. As part of our dynamic Supply Chain team, you’ll play a key role in coordinating purchasing activities for aviation materials and equipment. This position is critical to ensuring cost-effectiveness, maintaining quality standards, and fostering strong supplier relationships. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to keep operations running smoothly and support the delivery of world‑class aviation services. Key Responsibilities Source parts and materials, provide accurate quotes. Raise purchase orders and manage inbound logistics. Track back orders and shortages for base maintenance. Maintain supplier records and assist with vendor management. Support AOG (Aircraft on Ground) requirements and stocktakes. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and effective communication across departments. About You Experience in aviation or general purchasing operations. Dipl in Purchasing, Logistics or Supply Chain Management. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork abilities.
