You will nurture children's development, support planning and documentation, and build strong partnerships with families and your colleagues. What you bring Certificate III or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent), completed before October 2025 Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, plus a valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check) Ideally, 12 months of full‑time work experience in a similar setting Enthusiasm for fostering children's growth and creating safe, inclusive environments Confidence in partnering with families and working effectively in a team A positive, can‑do attitude to the role that always strives to go above and beyond for the children and families you care for daily Availability for full‑time hours and willingness to work a rotating roster Why partner with Early Years Talent At Early Years Talent, we do more than advertise jobs.
