In this role, you will provide high‑quality education and care for children aged 0–5, guided by the principles of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Framework (NQF). You’ll play a key part in shaping a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating environment where every child feels safe, supported, and inspired to grow. What You’ll Bring Certificate III in Children’s Services (or equivalent recognised qualification) Strong understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law (WA) Act 2012, Regulations, and NQF Up‑to‑date knowledge of child development and best practices in early learning Awareness of current trends and research in Early Years services Sound understanding of Child Protection legislation and your responsibilities as a mandated reporter Experience in Long Day Care and/or Outside School Hours Care settings Skills & Attributes Commitment to fostering partnerships with families High‑level communication skills, both written and verbal A collaborative and proactive team player Ability to deliver developmentally appropriate programmes tailored to individual and group needs Commitment to ongoing professional learning and reflection Thorough knowledge of health, hygiene, and nutrition relevant to young children Physically able to meet the demands of working in a hands‑on early childhood environment Why Join Us?
