What we are Looking For We currently have a great opportunity for a Service Representative, ideally with experience in water treatment services. The role will be based in the Brisbane & Gold Coast and surrounding areas with travel required within the territory. Reporting to the Division Manager, you will be responsible for and working across multiple sites and industries and the role involves: Role Responsibilities regular service and maintenance of client sites for cooling towers, boilers closed system loops and filtration systems working on‑site, carrying out testing to determine water quality, and adjusting chemical dosing levels via digital controllers as required interpreting and recording chemical test results using test kits and meters provided and adjusting as required, as well as identifying underlying causes of faults when they occur Qualifications Mechanical‑minded and good with technology Comfortable with heights and climbing ladders Able to carry chemical drums weighing approximately 15Kg Love being outdoors and working with your hands Proven history of successful independent time management Able to confidently communicate with customers and colleagues and build customer relations Self‑starter and have a current Australian driver’s licence with a good driving history and enjoy driving Previous experience within the water treatment industry is not needed but is an advantage What we are Offering Competitive pay, including the opportunity to grow in the role Car allowance, tools, equipment, CRM access and iPad supplied The opportunity to make sales bonuses Outdoors based work environment Flexibility and independence to manage your work schedule Flexible working hours to promote healthy work/life balance On‑going training and development opportunities Ongoing support from senior leaders, product specialists, and fellow colleagues Role suits a variety of previous work experiences such as trades & services and sales/customer service roles.
