We are looking for an exceptional Psychologist to join our welcoming team in Hindmarsh Early Start Australia Hindmarsh provides occupational therapy, physiotherapy, aquatic therapy, speech pathology, social work, psychology, assistive technology prescription, environmental modification, and a range of group therapy programs to support child and their families. The Opportunity As a Psychologist at ESA, you\'ll play a crucial role in providing early intervention, assessment and therapy services to support children and families in maximising their independence and potential. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting diagnostic assessments for autism, ADHD and intellectual developmental disorders Providing evidence-based therapy interventions Reviewing progress and setting new priorities in collaboration with clients and families Supporting developmental and clinical outcomes as well as meaningful participation in everyday life Collaborating closely with key stakeholders and ensuring ongoing communication and support Developing suitable and functional, routine-based goals with clients and families, within NDIS or Medicare framework Provide services children and young people between 2 and 16 years in both in clinic and community-based service provision Focusing on continuous improvement through regular evaluation and review What We Offer You Professional Development: Enjoy professional days, a dedicated professional development budget, in-house training, and regular supervision Flexibility: Choose between permanent part-time or full-time positions.
