We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Barista to join our vibrant team at Sidewalk Society, a stationary, drive‑thru and walk up coffee van located in Narellan, NSW. As a casual Barista, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee beverages and providing exceptional customer service to our patrons. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of our dynamic hospitality team in a fast‑paced and engaging environment. What you’ll be doing Preparing a variety of specialty coffee drinks to the highest standard Providing friendly and efficient customer service to ensure a positive café experience Maintaining a clean and organised work station in compliance with health and safety regulations Restocking and rotating café supplies as needed Assisting with other café duties as required What we’re looking for Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar café/hospitality role Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and the ability to consistently produce high‑quality beverages Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanour Enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a passion for providing an exceptional customer experience The ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation What we offer At Sidewalk Society, we prioritise the wellbeing of our employees.
