Are you a dynamic Warehouse Operations Leader ready to drive operational excellence for a market-leading company? We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Shift Manager to lead, coordinate, and optimize a high-performing distribution shift. This is your chance to directly impact the service delivery to our retail locations and online customers The Role: Lead Our Shift to Operational Excellence Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership, coordination, and performance of your assigned shift. You will be instrumental in maintaining a safe, clean, and highly efficient working environment, ensuring automation operates at peak performance, and developing the capability of your team. Key Responsibilities People Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop Shift Team Leaders and Supervisors, fostering a high-performing, inclusive, and accountable team culture. Operational Delivery: Drive daily shift operations to consistently meet and exceed KPIs for quality, productivity, and customer delivery. Efficiency & Improvement: Champion Lean practices and 6S standards , identifying and implementing opportunities to reduce costs and continuously improve processes. Safety & Compliance: Maintain a proactive safety culture , ensuring full compliance with WHS and company policies, aiming for zero lost-time injuries . Automation Focus: Partner with onsite technicians and the Systems team to ensure maximum automation uptime . What You Will Bring Experience: 5+ years in Warehouse or Manufacturing Management. Automation: Proven experience working with automated warehouse systems. Leadership: Strong people leadership and proven management skills with the ability to optimize team performance and development. Knowledge: Strong understanding of warehouse systems, lean operations, and the logistics within the retail/fashion industry (preferred). Attributes: Clear communicator, results-driven, organized, and committed to continuous improvement and developing others. Why Join Our Team?
