Multiskilled Operator – Mining Pro Join Mining Pro, a leader in mining production and maintenance services, as a Multiskilled Operator at South Walker Creek. We operate three excavator fleets in partnership with Stanmore Resources and are looking for skilled operators to join our crews. Base Pay A$75.00/hr – A$85.00/hr (excluding superannuation, which is paid on all hours worked). Responsibilities Operate and maintain high‑power equipment, ensuring safe, efficient delivery of mining services. Work within a supportive team environment to meet quality and safety standards. Contribute to the safe, efficient delivery of our mining services. Qualifications Minimum 2 years’ experience in coal mining. Experience operating the following equipment: Liebherr R996B, Hitachi EX5600, Hitachi EX3600 excavators; Caterpillar D10T/D11T dozers; Caterpillar 24M/18M/16M graders; Caterpillar 793D dump trucks; Caterpillar 777F watercarts. Valid Australian Driver’s Licence. Signed verified machinery skills list (training transcripts). Compensation & Benefits $2,000 sign‑on bonus. Competitive casual hourly rates plus superannuation. Production bonus. BIBO options provided from Mackay. Camp accommodation and meals. Mining Pro Mates – $1,000 referral bonus. Corporate discount programme for flights, health insurance, home loans and savings accounts. Work Arrangement Casual position (rotating 7/7 roster) with potential permanent roles from April 2026.
