In this full-time role based in Sydney's lower north shore , you will be responsible for the efficient and quality-focused operations of the store. With a strong focus on customer service, you will ensure Hudson Meats' delivers a premium experience to all its customers. What you'll be doing Overseeing the butchery operations and ensuring efficient, safe and hygienic practices are maintained Providing exceptional customer service and cutting precision meat products to customer specifications Assisting with the training and development of junior team members to uphold high standards Managing stock levels, ordering supplies and maintaining the cleanliness of the butchery Collaborating with the broader team to identify opportunities for improvement and growth What we're looking for Several years of experience as a qualified butcher, ideally in a senior or supervisory role Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide an exceptional shopping experience Excellent knife skills and meat cutting expertise Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices Strong communication and leadership skills to inspire and guide a team A passion for the butchery industry and ability to proactively identify ways to enhance operations What we offer At Hudson Meats', our team is the heart of our business.
