This opportunity The Partner manager will work closely with the Head of Partner Channel and Program manager to build a Partner ecosystem and manage the TPG Partner Program, to achieve sales targets and KPIs. They will establish subject matter expertise and lead the knowledge transfer, oversight, and execution of a partner program, focused on retaining existing partners and supporting growth through the identification and management of new partners. Strong leadership skills will encourage cross-functional engagement and promote consistent achievement of objectives. Your drive, positive attitude and leadership will ensure a great partner experience. The Partner Manager will : Have strong leadership skills to build a solid partner ecosystem that achieves Partner sales growth in the SMB market. Be results driven and collaborates effectively with cross functional teams to generate positive outcomes and experiences for customers and Partners. Be able to balance between hunting for prospective channel partners and managing an existing partner base with key strategic partner engagement. Be the subject matter expert of the TPG partner program, relevant TPG solutions and initiatives. Responsibilities Grow a strong TPG Partner community through the establishment of End state strategic vision and goals, key missions to achieve per quarter and to ensure key sales KPIs are met. Development of and implementation of BAU performance across the Partner channel including review of P&L performance. Establish key improvement programs to ensure BAU performance can achieve quarterly and yearly targets. Establish a robust TPG end state system and process architecture; achieving the goal of TPG Telecom becoming the Best Telco Ever for Partners to engage with. Support the commercial team in ensuring a strong incentive and commission program for Partners, driving the right incentive and behavioural models for high performance outcomes. Develop and implement a strong Partner Governance program including standards of conduct, performance and build a strong professional reputation of the TPG Partner channel. Provide strong and collaborative leadership with internal teams to provide a seamless onboarding experience for new Partners, a smooth transition for existing partners and a quick turnaround of new opportunity generation within the Partner Program. Being the point of contact for Partner escalated issues, and working with relevant teams to investigate, analyse, communicate, and resolve in a timely manner. Risk Management by ensuring all partner acquisition risks are understood, mitigated or accepted by the appropriate stakeholders. Knowledge and experience Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline is desirable. Substantial experience in a Partner Sales / Alliances Management in ICT industry. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with proven track record of success in achieving targets and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Strong interpersonal skills to build long‑term relationships with channel dealers and partners. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Adapting and remaining resilient.
