What You’ll Be Doing Strategic Moves: Take charge of growing revenue, boosting market share, and driving profit margins for your venue. Spend 2 days on the restaurant driving growth by building business relationships, engaging with local businesses, and crafting marketing strategies. Spend 3 days in the restaurant ensuring everything runs smoothly, supporting your RM, and leveling up your team. Lead with Purpose: Support and mentor your Restaurant Manager (RM) as they handle daily operations, compliance, and guest experiences, while you focus on the bigger picture. Create Community Connections: Champion local marketing initiatives and build strong relationships with local groups and businesses. Inspire and Develop: Coach and grow your team, ensuring a solid talent pipeline and fostering a culture where everyone thrives. Keep the Numbers Ticking: Partner with your RM to manage budgets, track KPIs, and ensure the venue achieves its sales and operational goals. Who We’re Looking For A Natural Leader: You’ve got 3+ years of experience in a Venue Manager or General Manager role, and you’re ready to inspire a team. A Strategic Thinker: Strong commercial acumen with the ability to create and execute growth plans. A People Developer: Skilled in coaching, performance management, and talent development. Results-Driven: A proven track record of smashing sales targets and ensuring operational excellence. A Collaborator: You’re all about working closely with your Restaurant Manager and the team to create something amazing.
