The opportunity:
ENGIE is one of Australia's fastest growing energy retailers, with more than 700,000 electricity and gas customer accounts in Victoria, South Australia, New South Wales, Western Australia, The Australian Capital Territory and Queensland.

The
Head of Credit , will report to the General Manager Retail Operations, and manages a high performing team of 4 direct reports, as well as driving value and improvements from outsourced service providers.
This is a critical leadership role in our retail business with high visibility internally as well as representation on various industry groups and forums.
Responsibilities will include:accountable for the Credit Strategy development and execution for ENGIE's retail customersdelivering financial objectives and metricsassuring adherence to all compliance & regulatory requirements, internal controls, KPI's and standard operating proceduresmanagement of key stakeholders and all reporting requirementsexploring accelerated adoption of analytics to inform decision makingprofessional development & engagement of team members
About you:Several years' experience in credit and within the energy retail industry is desirableKnowledge of managing outsourced service providersskilled in continuous improvement and process efficiencydata driven decision makingexcellent communication and presentation skills
