We're currently seeking dedicated Case Manager's to join our Mount Isa team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in supervising individuals on community-based orders or parole, helping them make meaningful progress while contributing to a safer Queensland. To thrive as a Case Manager, you will need to demonstrate the ability to: Prioritise community safety when interviewing individuals, assessing and responding effectively to risk Manage multiple and complex demands and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, whilst navigating policy and procedural frameworks to implement daily offender management policies Supportive productive working relationships with internal teams, external service providers, and community stakeholders Act with integrity and display personal drive Communicate with influence, adapting your approach to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
