About the role We’re seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our brand new Sunshine Coast branch . This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll coordinate a small team, manage logistics, and ensure the warehouse runs smoothly, safely and efficiently. You’ll take ownership of the site’s performance, maintaining high standards across assembly, inventory, dispatch and customer service while fostering a strong team culture built on accountability and respect. Key responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow and compliance with OH&S standards. Lead and support the warehouse team, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement. Coordinate assembly of GRAF systems such as Pump‑out Stations, Septic Tanks and Light Fluid Separators. Manage incoming and outgoing logistics, including loading/unloading and transport coordination. Oversee order picking, packing and dispatch accuracy. Maintain inventory control, conduct monthly stocktakes and manage warehouse records. Communicate effectively with internal departments and customers to ensure smooth operations. Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment. What you’ll bring Experience leading or supervising warehouse or logistics operations. Current LF Forklift Licence and Class C Driver’s Licence (MR Licence advantageous). Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to build and motivate teams. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail in managing stock, dispatch and logistics. Proficient in Microsoft Office (MYOB Advanced experience is also an advantage). Physically fit and comfortable with occasional manual lifting. Nice to have Plumbing or trade‑related experience. Plastic welding ticket. MYOB Advanced experience. Hands‑on approach with a commitment to safety, quality and improvement. Willingness to travel or work extended hours as required.
