Paving labours/ Supervisor Paver (Foreman) Paving the Way has an exciting opportunity for a motivated Second-in-Charge Paver (Foreman) and Labourers to join our growing team This role offers great wages, long-term stability, and the chance to lead a workforce on projects. What You’ll Be Doing: Overlooking a team of 4-5 labourers on site Working across Defence sites (majority of projects) Supporting the Foreman in planning, organising, and delivering paving projects Ensuring safety and quality standards are met What We’re Looking For: Minimum 4 years’ paving experience White Card MR Licence with the confidence to drive a medium tipper Own reliable transport to and from the site Willingness to work 5 days per week, approx. 9 hours per day Police clearance (essential for Defence sites) We are also looking for labourers to join our team If you have the experience and skills, and want to join our team, we'd love to hear from you.
