About the Role As Senior DevOps Engineer (known internally as a Platform Product Owner – Azure), you’ll define and deliver Azure cloud capabilities that empower engineering teams and support enterprise transformation. You’ll combine strategic ownership with hands‑on technical contribution to drive adoption, compliance, and continuous improvement. What You’ll Do Define and own the Azure platform roadmap, aligning with enterprise cloud strategy and stakeholder needs. Lead backlog management, Through Agile ceremonies prioritise delivery to ensure impactful outcomes. Engage cross‑functionally with developers, architects, and operations to identify improvements and validate platform features. Deliver solutions through Infrastructure‑as‑Code (IaC) using Terraform and PowerShell. Drive platform enablement through innovative IaC solutions to enable self service. Ensure compliance and governance through policy‑as‑code, secure‑by‑default configurations, and Azure‑native controls. What You’ll Bring Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure services, architecture, and enterprise‑scale cloud operations. Proven experience with Terraform and PowerShell for infrastructure automation and orchestration. Strong understanding of end‑to‑end cloud orchestration, including landing zones, RBAC, and policy enforcement. Ability to translate technical requirements into user stories and drive Agile delivery. Experience collaborating across engineering, risk, and governance teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
