Regional Sales & Operations Manager, QLD Gold Coast Role overview and responsibilities described below. This role reports on driving commercial impact within Audika by leading clinic teams (clinicians and CCOs) and collaborating with the training team to meet sales budgets, KPIs and regional growth. The objective is to lead people to success, implement sales strategies and plans, and deliver the organisation's business goals. Overview The RSOM has full responsibility for sales performance, budget achievement, KPI delivery and growth across the designated region, ensuring compliance with required standards for direct reports. Responsibilities Lead through clinic teams (clinicians and CCOs) and in partnership with the Training Team to maximise commercial impact. Meet sales budgets and KPIs; drive growth across the designated region; implement agreed sales strategies and plans. Ensure compliance with all required standards for direct reports. Lead, coach, and develop employees (including contractors and outsourced services); establish clear expectations and accountability. Partner with the Training Team to drive onboarding, upskilling and continuous development for CCOs and Clinicians. Manage budget and capacity costs; align sales targets with forecast and business plan. Execute sales strategy regionally; drive business success, growth and clinical excellence through direct reports. Drive analytics, systems and ATRT adoption; analyze sales funnel, BI insights and opportunities; coordinate with trainers for focused upskilling. Understand local market trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks for ongoing business success. Increase regional market share through GP engagement and local/regional marketing activities. Ensure superior client experience by maintaining clinic standards, presentation, uniformity and customer service; resolve issues promptly or escalate when necessary. Support compliance with Audika business processes and work instructions; improve capacity and optimize revenue and resources. Manage staff concerns promptly in line with policy; involve HR or management as needed. Oversee sales reporting and forecasting; assess results and develop actions to exceed KPIs. Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, policy and Hearing services program obligations. Direct Reports Leadership & Engagement: Provide leadership, coaching and development of employees (incl. contractors and outsourced services). Clear expectations and accountability: Establish a structured framework that empowers direct reports to execute business initiatives, drive sales, achieve KPIs and pursue continuous learning. Onboarding, upskilling and Continuous Development: Drive ownership and accountability on onboarding and continuous development in partnership with the Training Team. Skills and Experiences Tertiary qualification or undergraduate degree (science, business/commerce or economics). Audiology or Audiometry qualifications are highly desirable. Leadership experience: Minimum 5 years in a retail or audiological leadership role with demonstrated success. Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and develop a team to achieve sales objectives. Track record of delivering exceptional customer service and leading geographically dispersed teams. Strategic and operational experience in sales planning, execution and management within a defined territory. Financial acumen with understanding of retail performance metrics and ability to inform business decisions; audiological knowledge is a plus. Commercially driven with experience initiating and supporting initiatives to drive commercial outcomes. Travel and flexible hours; valid Australian driver’s licence.
