Position: Physiotherapist – Part time Aged care Location: Melbourne - 2 days in Altona Meadows and 2 days in Richmond Client Demographic: Aged-care residents (predominantly older adults in residential/community aged-care settings) Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years preferred Role Overview: We’re seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist who’s excited about making a difference in the lives of older adults. In this role you’ll deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions in aged-care settings, working to maintain and improve mobility, strength, balance and functional independence of clients. Key Responsibilities: Assess, plan and implement physiotherapy programs for older adults in residential/community aged-care Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including nursing, occupational therapy and podiatry Monitor client progress and adapt interventions accordingly Promote best-practice aged-care therapy and support accreditation requirements Participate in continuous professional development and training sessions What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent) and current General AHPRA registration At least 2 years’ relevant experience—preferably in aged care or allied health settings Hold Full working rights Visa Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal aptitude and a genuine interest in elderly wellbeing Willingness to work 2 days in a week on the above mentioned locations, and uphold high standards of therapy service delivery Why This Role is Great for Your Candidate: Stable full-time Monday to Friday schedule with no weekend or shift work Competitive hourly rate with super & benefit allowance A structured support environment: senior clinicians and field management onboard to guide and develop A meaningful role working with older adults where the impact of therapy is clear and measurable Apply now and send your Updated CV.
