Coaching Leaders & Teams for Impact Guide organizations through transformation, embedding growth mindsets and continuous improvement. Partner with leaders to drive agility, innovation, and high-performance cultures. Driving Operational Excellence & Agility Help businesses streamline processes, enhance collaboration, and build adaptive capabilities. Embed Agile ways of working and lead teams through iterative problem-solving. Strategic Consulting & Advisory Frame complex challenges, structure solutions, and drive smarter, faster decision-making. Lead distinct project initiatives, shaping large-scale transformation efforts. Facilitating & Embedding Lasting Change Design and deliver workshops, training, and hands-on coaching for real, lasting impact. Move beyond theory, ensuring real adoption of new ways of working. Who we're looking for 4+ years of consulting experience, with a passion for transformation and leadership development. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex organizational challenges. Experience engaging, influencing, and coaching leaders at all levels. Background in Agile methodologies, operational excellence, or leadership coaching (preferred but not required). Exceptional communication and facilitation skills—you know how to bring people on the journey.
