Subdivisions Delivery Lead – SEQ Growth Corridor Lead key packages across greenfield/brownfield subdivisions, industrial estates & mixed‑use Blend of detailed design, design review and client/authority liaison National consultancy with strong local presence and repeat clients Progression mapped with structured mentoring and leadership exposure Technical Design Lead – Complex Urban Infrastructure Be the technical go‑to on roads, stormwater, water/sewer, earthworks & WSUD Award‑winning team known for quality and collaboration Direct line to leadership and involvement in bids/fee proposals Own client relationships, scope/price work, and drive outcomes with a loyal repeat base Mentor and grow a high‑performing civil team with Director backing Mix of delivery, strategy and team development - real leadership scope Equity/ownership discussions possible for the right senior appointment You’ll bring: RPEQ (or near) with 6-12 years in land development/urban infrastructure Proficiency in 12d or Civil 3D, plus MUSIC/DRAINS (HEC‑RAS a bonus) Strong authority liaison and OPW approvals experience Confident client communication and a track record delivering complex projects.
