THE ROLE The Commercial Law team advises a broad mix of clients-from entrepreneurs to SMEs, and larger corporates. They handle both transactional and strategic matters, and are now looking to welcome an experienced Commercial Lawyer who understands how to meet client needs and offer pragmatic, business-minded advice. The role will be shaped around your experience and interests, but may include : Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, loan and security documents Corporate structuring, including shareholder and unitholder arrangements Asset and share sales, joint ventures, governance, and M&A YOU You're a confident, commercially-savvy lawyer - ideally at Senior Associate or Special Counsel level - with solid experience in commercial law and a genuine interest in helping clients succeed. You will be a motivated, professional, and ready to contribute to the established practice of a firm that values autonomy, integrity, and long-term relationships. Your mentoring skills will be highly valued and you will be able to make an impact and contribute to the success of your team.
