Solar Installation Coordinator

About the Role As an Installation Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the solar installation goes smoothly for both the customer and our installer. Your day will involve: Coordinating site inspections and installations with customers and installers Maintaining a high level of communication with all parties involved in the installation process Ensuring compliance with procedures to be followed and government rebate applications Efficiently and accurately maintain CRM systems Issuing invoices, purchase orders and approving payments related to installations Candidate Profile / Qualifications Ideally, have some experience in the solar or electrical industry in some way A strong communicator who is confident and outgoing Proactive, hardworking and dedicated to providing a solution to any task at hand with excellent attention to detail Well and truly competent with computer software Willing to learn and be solution-driven Able to work in a team environment and autonomously Reliable with a positive in attitude and work ethic, flexible and adaptable, and able to work well independently and as part of a team About us We offer job security and a supportive and enjoyable workplace.
