Insurance Repair Coordinator – Building & Construction Full Time | Helensvale (QLD) We are a Queensland-based insurance builder specialising in residential repair work after insured events such as storms, leaks, impact damage and floods. Our team is growing, and we are looking for a confident, organised and customer-focused Insurance Repair Coordinator to join our fast‑paced office. About the Role This is a permanent, full‑time position coordinating building repairs across Queensland. You will be the key point of contact between customers, trades and insurers — ensuring repairs are scheduled, documentation is accurate, and homeowners are supported throughout the process. What You’ll Do Coordinate all stages of insurance repair jobs from assessment to completion Liaise with customers, subcontractors, insurers and suppliers Confirm authorised works and clearly communicate repair details to homeowners Schedule trades and follow up progress to maintain timelines Keep job management systems and notes updated at all times Respond to customer queries with professionalism and empathy Assist the team during sudden increases in workload (major weather events) General administrative duties as needed What We’re Looking For Excellent communication skills and a customer‑first mindset Highly organised with strong planning and scheduling ability Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with multiple moving parts Positive attitude, reliable and proactive Able to work independently and follow structured processes Confident using computer systems and learning new software Experience that will be highly regarded Previous experience in insurance repairs, building administration, trade coordination or scheduling Knowledge of building terminology or construction processes Experience with Prime Ecosystem or similar workflow platforms Why Work With Us Stable, long‑term role in a growing industry Supportive team and training provided Every day is different and rewarding – you are helping homeowners get back to normal after a loss To Apply If this sounds like the right fit, please apply with your resume and cover letter.
