M3 Logistics is a privately owned business that was established to provide niche logistics & warehousing solutions to the Home Appliance industry. We are currently seeking an experienced Client Operations Manager to lead a team of 6 staff on a client contract. This is a permanent full‑time opportunity based at Blacktown, NSW. Responsibilities This position will be responsible for the effective leadership of the 3PL operations for a specific client. This role reports to the Head of Logistics. Direct reports to this role include warehouse team leader, warehouse operators, admin & CX staff. Key responsibilities will include: Lead the team to achieve daily objectives, ensuring that the office and warehouse work together to meet client requirements. Help manage the client relationship through prompt response to enquiries and requests. Complete reporting for the client and attend weekly meetings. Lead toolbox to establish daily goals for the warehouse team. Conduct daily checks to ensure all PGI, returns and pickups are completed. Ensure daily cycle counting is completed. Lead the stocktake process. Support the team on SAP and be a backup for customer service and allocations. Manage warranty claims. Ensure damage procedures are followed. Ensure Chain of Responsibility is followed. Ensure good housekeeping of warehouse is maintained. Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis, performance audits, and process enhancements while ensuring best practices are maintained. About You You will be experienced in managing warehouse operations and understand the 3PL process from receipt of the order, scheduling, picking, dispatch and delivery. You will be confident with PCs and have sound excel skills. Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage, but not essential. This is a hands‑on role where your experience in operational processes will see you achieve results. Ability to lead both the office and warehouse teams so that both pull in the same direction. You will also manage the relationships with the truck drivers who are dedicated to this client. Your client relationship skills will see you respond to client requests in a professional manner, prioritise work to meet client expectations, and understand changing client needs.
