Location: On-site (hybrid) in Geelong / based Melbourne, Victoria (Not accepting remote) Start: Immediately | Schedule: 3 days in office / 2 days WFH We’re looking for a Product Designer to join our team on a 6‑month contract. This is an on‑site role based in Geelong, VIC , with the opportunity to extend. The Role As a Product Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping intuitive and high‑performing digital experiences across the Cotton On Group’s 9 global markets . You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams, translating user insights into thoughtful design solutions that drive measurable results — from uplifting cart rates to increasing conversion. Your work will involve: Conducting user research and usability testing Applying product thinking to solve real user and business problems Designing user interfaces that align with best practices and brand standards Collaborating with stakeholders across product, tech, BA, and QA About Us The Cotton On Group is a global fashion and lifestyle powerhouse.
