You will be responsible for providing quality personal, social and emotional care and support to residents in accordance with Arcare's values, playing a crucial role in a resident's overall wellbeing. Your Key Responsibilities Will Be Personal Care: Assist with activities such as showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming, maintaining the dignity and privacy of each resident. Mobility support: Help residents with walking, using mobility aids, or transferring between positions including from a bed to a wheelchair. Monitoring health: Observe and report any changes in the resident's health or behaviour. Meal Assist: Support residents with their dietary requirements, ensuring they receive the food they need and assist them during the eating process. Maintaining records: Keep accurate records of care provided, observations, and any changes in the resident's condition on eCase. Collaboration with healthcare professionals: Work collaboratively with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for our residents. Skills & Experience Cert III Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent. Adaptable, passionate and willing to learn. Collaborative and skilled at teamwork.
