As the Compliance Officer - Road Transport at GLW Freight Management Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for ensuring the company's operations comply with all relevant regulatory accreditations and general compliance. This full-time role is based in Forrestdale, Western Australia and plays a pivotal part in maintaining the company's high standards and protecting the wellbeing of its employees. What you'll be doing Developing, implementing and monitoring policies and procedures. Onboarding new employees Updating training and induction registers, systems and programs Maintaining fleet registers and licenses Liaising with regulatory authorities and ensuring the company maintains full compliance Continuous improvement of the company's management systems Providing technical advice and support to operational teams What we're looking for Minimum 3 years' experience in a road transport compliance role. Comprehensive understanding of relevant WAHVA, NHVR, safety, environmental, legislation and road transport regulations Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Proactive approach to identifying and addressing compliance issues Proficient in using online software systems and data analysis tools What we offer GLW Freight Management Pty Ltd is a dynamic and growing company that values the wellbeing and development of its employees.
