We are seeking a high-performing finance leader with exceptional sales skills, a closer who can also collaborate effectively. Someone who can maximize product penetration while still protecting the client experience. Someone who thrives under pressure, carries the team when needed, and never shies away from responsibility. What You’ll Do Lead clients through the finance and lease process with professionalism and confidence Present and sell finance and protection products with clarity and conviction Drive production by consistently achieving high product sales and PVR Maintain strong lender relationships to secure competitive approvals quickly Safeguard the dealership by ensuring every deal is accurate, compliant, and fully documented You Might Be a Fit If You are a strong producer with a proven record in F&I performance You know how to close while building trust and long-term relationships You can lead without ego and collaborate without hesitation You thrive in high-pressure environments and find ways to carry the team forward You take pride in hitting numbers the right way—with integrity and professionalism What We Offer Health, Dental, and Vision offered after 90 days Each year we look to provide the very best insurance we can offer. 401k provided by Empower Ancillary insurance provided by Allstate FSA offered. Life Insurance provided for and paid by Cardinale Automotive Group. Responsibilities Provide recommendations and assistance to customers in order to arrange the financing of their purchases. Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience. Ensure sales are structured to produce the highest profitability. Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position. Accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals. Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state and federal guidelines. Prepares paperwork, contracts and delivers deals. Accurately audit team deals Post-Sale and deeply analyze for improvements. Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts.
