About the Role Rockingham Ford are seeking a professional and friendly Service Receptionist to join our service team. As the first point of contact for our service guests, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while providing efficient administrative and front‑desk support. Responsibilities Greet guests on arrival and assist with service bookings and enquiries Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate department Support the service advisors and technicians with administrative tasks Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication with guests Manage the service reception area to ensure a professional appearance at all times Skills & Experience Previous experience in a receptionist, administration, or customer service role Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organisation Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office Current driver's licence Benefits Be a part of a multi-national company , where you have access to a network of opportunities across locations and brands.
