About JAG A leading fashion brand recognised for quality finishes, responsible production and natural fibres, including organic traceable cotton. We work closely with suppliers to create beautifully constructed, long‑lasting garments. About The Role Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Store Manager will maximise store performance by leading team management, driving sales, ensuring visual merchandising, controlling expenses, and delivering a premium customer experience. The role is full‑time, rostered Tuesday to Saturday. About You At least 2 years of retail management experience in a retail environment. Demonstrated experience driving store performance and achieving sales targets and KPIs. Proven ability to lead, coach and motivate team members in a fast‑paced retail setting. Results‑driven with strong analytical, strategic and problem‑solving skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to prioritise tasks and expectations. Love for fashion with a strong sense of personal style and presentation. Flexible and innovative approach in reacting positively to changing work demands. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer‑focused service, telling the brand’s story of authenticity and confidence. Manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and craft efficient rosters. Drive team performance, productivity, and skill development, fostering a culture of growth. Ensure operational excellence by maintaining control over stock and executing flawless visual merchandising.
