About The Role As a Beauty Host, you are more than a Beauty Advisor - you are a brand ambassador, storyteller, and creator of memorable guest experiences. In this role, you’ll work as part of a supportive boutique team to deliver consistent, elevated customer service and contribute to boutique performance targets. You will need to have flexible availability, including weekends. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional guest experience: welcome every guest warmly, provide personalized beauty advice, and deliver signature precious moments like hand massages and beauty consultations. Develop and share expertise in L’Occitane’s products, heritage, ingredients and sustainability values. Execute visual merchandising, manage stock, and maintain pristine boutique spaces following company standards. Meet targets through expert product demonstrations and tailored experiences. Master POS and clienteling systems while representing the brand at events. Collaborate effectively, build trust through open communication and knowledge sharing. About You You have at least 1 year’s retail experience, ideally in skincare or fragrance. You are a team player, professional and results driven.
