Role Summary We are seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to deliver high-quality, person-centred therapy to residents within our aged care facility located at our aged care facilities. You will play a key role in mobility improvement, falls prevention, pain management and restoring physical independence. Responsibilities and Duties Assess, plan, and develop individualised physiotherapy programs Conduct mobility and functional assessments Implement evidence-based pain management strategies Work collaboratively with nursing, care, and lifestyle teams Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes This role is being hired on either a permanent part-time or full-time basis. The salary range for this position ranges from 80k-90k per annum plus super. Skills, Attributes and Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy Current AHPRA Registration Experience in aged care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to delivering empathetic, client-centred care St Jude's Guildford Village is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
