Cafe Allrounder/Barista

As a Cafe Allrounder/Barista at Bubba's Coffee Stop, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and creating delightful coffee & food experiences for our customers. We have two part‑time positions available; one position working 20 hours across 3 days and the other position is working 35 hours across 5 days. What you’ll be doing Preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other beverages to a high standard Assisting with food preparation and serving customers at the counter Maintaining a clean and well‑organised work environment Providing friendly and attentive customer service Collaborating with & supporting the team to ensure the smooth operation of the cafe What we’re looking for Previous experience as a barista and in a customer service role Excellent coffee‑making skills and knowledge of coffee preparation techniques Strong customer service orientation and the ability to work well in a small team Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation Flexibility to work part‑time shifts, including weekends across our hours of trading What we offer At Bubba's Coffee Stop, we value our employees and strive to create a positive and supportive work environment.
