Above award rate ph + superannuation + salary packaging benefits Part‑time (18.5 hrs), fixed‑term role until 31st Dec A rewarding career with a nationally recognised provider of mental health and disability services About the program Wellways Australia is the first point of contact for all Australian Government Carer Gateway funded services in South West Sydney and across Queensland, aiming to help Carers access practical information and advice and connect with services in their local area. Carer supports and services are delivered using a network of local Carer Gateway regional service providers. Carers are those who provide a caring role to someone in their life who has a disability, mental health issue, chronic health condition, terminal illness or are frail aged. Role Overview Reporting to the Quality Practice Development Manager in the Wellways Quality Team, this position will provide clinical governance to Wellways Carer Gateway In‑Person Peer Support, In‑Person Counselling and Facilitated Coaching, ensuring supports are evidence‑based and in line with operational guidelines. Key partners for this role include : Quality Team Carer Gateway Management team (General Manager Carer Gateway Services, Carer Family Strategic Lead, Service Managers, Practice Leads, Coordinators) Carer Gateway Training Development Lead Continual Improvement Lead, Carer and Family Services Stakeholder Engagement and Partnership Team Qualifications and Experience Relevant tertiary qualifications and current registration with an appropriate professional body (e.g. AHPRA, AASW, PACFA, ACA) Mental Health Clinician with demonstrated clinical experience within a community‑based / outreach setting Experience utilizing a range of evidence‑based interventions Experience in leadership and providing clinical supervision Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills A sound understanding of the social model of health and a commitment to recovery focused principles Right to work within Australia Current valid Driver's License NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate (free online course) Satisfactory National Police Records Check NDIS Worker Screening Check Working with Children's Check (Employee / Paid) What We Offer Purpose‑Driven Culture : Immerse yourself in a culture where passion meets purpose.
