Monadelphous | Senior Project Engineer

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in planning and executing our heavy lift and haul work scopes across a wide range of projects.
Reporting to our Engineering Manager, you will be part of our in-house engineering team, responsible for the mentorship and support of the junior team to develop their skillset as well as your own.

Relocation within Australia to PerthDevelopment opportunities, including leadershipGet involved with a world-class fleetKey Responsibilities: Support our internal and external projects, providing strong technical support to identify the best methodologies to safely deliver solutions for our clients.Development of Lift/Transport Studies, Workpacks, Drawings, and Calculations as required.Provide support and mentorship for the junior team members.Potential for FIFO engineering support for live projects.Ad hoc site travel to support project planning and execution.Provide technical support on Australian Standards, Legislation, and Codes of Practice.Assist in the Development of Procedures for Lift/Shift Operations and Specialised Equipment.Design of specialized rigging and structural supports.Providing structural calculations as required for bespoke steelwork solutions.Generate workshop drawings for fabrications.Work closely with stakeholders across all aspects of Tendering, Project Planning, Execution, and HSE.Working cooperatively with our Operational team to ensure a collaborative team approach to ensure we deliver operational excellence.Manage work scope, schedule, and budgets where required.Manage relationships with Stakeholders, both internal and external.What you'll bring: Engineering Qualification, preferably degree level in Mechanical/Civil/Structural Engineering.Lift Planning Software such as LICCON / Cranimax / Craneplanner 2.0.Experience working with mobile / crawler cranes (on site and theoretical).Experience working with SPMT / SPT heavy transport (on site and theoretical).Previous experience in the Heavy Lift Industry with site experience a plus.Life at Monadelphous There's lots to get involved in, celebratory or cultural events and so much more.
