What You’ll Love About This Role Competitive Pay – $105,000 – $140,000 + super, depending on experience Flexibility That’s Real : choose full‑time, part‑time, school hours, or hybrid options Professional Development : annual PD budget + leadership pathways if you want to grow Focused Caseload – paediatrics only (0–18 years), with therapy delivered in clinic, school, home, and Telehealth settings Balanced Workload – structured caseloads and time built in for quality therapy, not endless admin What You’ll Do Provide evidence‑based assessments and therapy for children aged 0–18 Work across clinic, school, home, and Telehealth settings Work closely with families and educators to support meaningful outcomes Prepare clear, practical reports that guide progress Option to mentor junior clinicians if leadership interests you What We’re Looking For Recognised degree in Speech Pathology + current SPA membership 3+ years paediatric experience preferred (but passionate early‑career clinicians are welcome to apply) Ability to manage an independent caseload with confidence Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with children and families Someone who values excellence, accountability, and autonomy Why This Role?
