What You’ll Do Act as the design authority for customer solutions across your region, ensuring they meet business goals and technical standards. Partner with customers as a trusted technical advisor, understanding their needs and translating them into innovative digital solutions. Lead and mentor solution architects, analysts, and engineers through the full solution lifecycle from design to implementation and testing. Collaborate closely with pre-sales, enterprise architecture, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution. Ensure every solution aligns with best practices in performance, security, and scalability. Contribute to the development of standardized architectures and reusable solution patterns across the business. Stay current on emerging technologies and help shape Iron Mountain’s global solution strategy. What You’ll Bring A proven track record designing and delivering complex content/information management or digital transformation solutions. Strong understanding of: Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) Workflow orchestration and automation Enterprise content management (ECM), data extraction, OCR, AI/ML Experience with one or more modern development and integration tools such as Python, .NET/C#, Java, NodeJS, REST APIs, JSON/XML, or JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue). Familiarity with cloud and data platforms (AWS, Azure, Elasticsearch, Kafka, MongoDB, Redis, etc.). Architecture or Cloud certification (e.g., AWS Cloud Architect, TOGAF, Zachman) highly regarded. Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills across both business and technical stakeholders.
