The Opportunity We are currently seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Sales Representative to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the oldest and most experienced companies in the industry. What We Offer Full on‑the‑job training provided Supportive team environment Opportunities for professional growth and long‑term career development Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to incoming sales phone calls and email quote requests. Provide excellent customer service to walk‑in clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently. Book and coordinate installation work, liaising with clients and installation teams. Conduct onsite measurements and quotations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements. Maintain accurate and legible written records of all customer interactions, quotes, and job details. Use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and an internal drawing and quoting program daily. Learn and apply knowledge of relevant Pallet Racking Australian Standards. Prepare and issue detailed quotes through internal systems upon returning to the office. Review and verify orders to ensure accuracy and compliance before dispatch. Identify opportunities to up‑sell additional products or services to existing customers. About You Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self‑motivated with a positive attitude Previous experience in sales or warehousing (preferred but not essential) Willingness to learn and grow within the role Requirements Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proven sales experience (warehouse or industrial sales experience highly regarded) Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office A high level of attention to detail and accuracy Excellent time management and organisational skills Pallet racking or warehouse equipment experience (advantageous but not essential) Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
