Position Overview Job Title: Claims Support Officer Location: 10 Shelley Street, Sydney 2000 Salary: $79,500 (inclusive of 12% superannuation) Contract Dates: 1 December 2025 – 15 August 2026 Work Arrangement: Hybrid (office + work from home, post-probation) Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday) What you’ll do Manage insurance phone queues in line with contact centre targets. Gather, validate, and follow up on claim details. Refer matters to business partners and support complex escalations. Assist with reviews, audits, and additional team tasks as required. Collaborate with colleagues to improve customer outcomes. Contribute to learning, coaching, and continuous improvement activities. What you’ll bring Qualifications in Administration, Business, Accounting, or Finance (advantageous). Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills. Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Ability to resolve issues confidently and professionally over the phone. Sound problem-solving and collaboration skills.
