Key Responsibilities As a Sales Associate , you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities: Customer Engagement & Sales Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each customer receives personalised assistance and advice. Understand customer needs, offer tailored product recommendations, and drive sales to meet individual and team targets. Deliver an outstanding in-store experience that builds customer loyalty and satisfaction. Product Knowledge & Presentation Develop an in-depth understanding of the products and services you're selling to effectively communicate features, benefits, and value propositions. Sales Targets & Performance Meet or exceed sales targets consistently, demonstrating a proactive approach to sales and customer relationships. Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product offerings, sales techniques, and industry trends. Collaborate with colleagues to drive overall store success, contributing to a positive and motivating team environment. Share knowledge, tips, and strategies to improve overall store performance.
