An opportunity exists for a degree qualified Accountant to join our high performing finance team at our head office in Cheltenham. The successful applicant will report directly to the Senior Strategy Analyst. This role requires a blend of strong internal controls management alongside analytical problem-solving skills. Responsibilities Overseeing the Accounts Payable and Payroll team Internal controls, process improvement and risk mitigation strategies Ensuring transactional accuracy and end of month procedures are completed to deliver financial results to the company Developing Accounts Payable cash management tools Working with the senior strategy analyst on business improvement projects Process rollouts and training Work with sales and operations to support business policy Mentor and upskill direct reports Be process driven with high attention to detail Qualifications and Requirements Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills Be self-motivated with high levels of initiative Previous experience with Pentana ERANET program an advantage Immediate start, salary negotiable depending on experience Ability to work to strict deadlines and contribute to a fun, professional working environment Passion for teamwork and ownership of role To be successful in this role you will be able to work to strict deadlines and enjoy contributing to a fun, professional working environment.
