Join to apply for the Associate Scrum Master role at Experis Australia Our client is seeking a motivated and collaborative Associate Scrum Master to support high‑performing Agile delivery teams. In this role, the successful candidate will work closely with Product Owners and Product Managers to guide teams in adopting and sustaining Agile practices, using frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban. Daily rate contract, with hybrid work opportunities. Key Responsibilities Assist in coordinating and facilitating regular Agile ceremonies such as daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Help document team actions and follow up to ensure progress and accountability. Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks are clearly defined and accurately tracked in Jira. Work with the Product Owner to maintain a well‑prioritized backlog with upcoming work ready for future sprints. Learn to manage sprint activities including setting up, starting, and closing sprints in Jira. Monitor team progress toward sprint goals and help identify any blockers or issues. This role is ideal for someone with a foundational understanding of Agile principles who is passionate about continuous learning and supporting team success. You'll be mentored by experienced Agile professionals and gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.
