We are looking for a hands-on Solution Architect with strong expertise in .NET technologies who thrives on building, prototyping, and delivering enterprise‑grade solutions. Unlike traditional architecture roles, this position emphasizes active coding, technical problem‑solving, and rapid prototyping , while still ensuring architectural integrity and scalability. Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Development Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure solutions using .NET Core, ASP.NET, and C#. Develop proof‑of‑concepts (POCs) and prototypes to validate technical approaches. Actively contribute to coding, debugging, and performance tuning. Technical Delivery Own end‑to‑end delivery of critical modules and integrations. Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments. Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards. Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and developers to translate requirements into working solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams. Conduct hands‑on code reviews and enforce best practices. Explore emerging technologies and frameworks to enhance solution capabilities. Drive modernization initiatives such as microservices, containerization, and cloud‑native development. Continuously improve system performance and reliability. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3+ years in solution architecture . RESTful APIs, Microservices, Web Services Entity Framework, LINQ, SQL Server Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) including App Services, Functions, Service Bus, and Kubernetes. Solid understanding of design patterns, clean architecture, and secure coding practices . Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem‑solving skills.
